In your initial consultation, your osteopath will take time to understand your individual history , circumstances and unique physiology. Then she will conduct an assessment of your musculoskeletal system before performing a safe and effective manual treatment. She will also use health advice and work with you to build a plan of stretches and exercises to address any issues

In your follow-up session, your osteopath will check how you’re progressing and carry out another assessment. She will perform some more manual therapy before updating your exercises to address any developments or new concerns.


Massage Therapy

From muscle-specific deep tissue massage, Swedish massage and sports massage, your therapist will draw from a variety of modalities to create each session specifically for you. A general health intake before your massage and post-session follow up may include self-care exercises
Perfect if you feel tense or tired.

In your initial consultation Pilates session, your Osteopath/ Pilates instructor will introduce you to the principles of the Pilates and take you through some simple movements on Mat and Reformer to determine your strengths and any areas that need a little bit more work. She will speak to you about what you are hoping to achieve from Pilates and together come up with a personalised plan.

In your follow-up Pilates session, your Osteopath/Pilates Instructor will have a strong focus on technique and control in order to improve your strength, stability, and mobility on Mat and Reformer. It is all about finding the optimal position to perform an exercise in, to really target all the right areas improving posture and balance, and increasing body awareness and control.


Cupping

Your trained Therapist will arrange cups on the patient’s back which are left in place for five to 15 minutes. The vacuum will pulls the skin into the heated cups, stretching underlying tissue and increasing blood flow to facilitate healing of the affected tissue, helping with tissue recovery and pain reduction.
